Color abbreviations for fluorescent lamps
have a corresponding CRI (Color Rendering Index).
Generally, the higher the CRI, the truer the
surrounding colors appear. Also, lamps with
Kelvin ratings of 3000 or lower are considered
warm and will enhance warm colors such as red and
yellow. Lamps with Kelvin ratings of 4000 or more
are considered cool and will enhance cooler colors
such as green and blue.
