Cold Plate 10" x 15" x 8-Circuit with Fittings

Cold Plates are made from 99.7% pure aluminum and 304 stainless steel tubing, with a tilted and polished top surface to assure maximum cooling performance. Tubing lengths are approximate. Interconnect fittings are stainless steel. The interconnect fitting choices include 1/4-inch and 5/16-inch male flare, and 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch barb or any combination. More sizes are available for sealed-in units, custom designed to your specifications.
Beverage cold plates are solid aluminum blocks embedded with stainless steel tubing designed to flash-chill drinks as they flow from a keg to a faucet. Typically buried in an ice-water slurry inside a jockey box or commercial dispenser, they transfer heat out of beer, soda, or cold brew instantly without needing electricity.

• PreMix and Standard = all the tubing lines are the same.

Pro Tips for Cold Plate Operation

• Use an Ice Slurry: For maximum thermal conductivity, keep the plate covered in a mixture of ice and a small amount of water. Pure ice creates air gaps ("ice bridging") which reduces cooling efficiency.
• Keep the Drain Open: Always let excess melted water drain so the plate sits flush on the bottom of the cooler rather than floating away from the ice weight.
• Volume Limits: Cold plates are best for low-to-medium volume events because they hold less liquid in their internal lines compared to large stainless steel coils. If you are pouring continuously at a high-volume festival, stainless steel coils may be preferred.
