The Taprite 50-1143-00 Keg Spear Valve Assembly is a specialized replacement component designed explicitly for standard American Sankey D-system 1/6 barrel (sixth-barrel) kegs. This black, non-date-specific poppet-style CO2 valve assembly maintains proper pressure sealing and gas distribution within the keg's extraction tube.
Since 1980, over 25 million DSI Keg Valves have been in service with the world's largest brewers and keg manufacturers. Taptite CO2 Valves, O-Rings, and Retaining Rings are interchangeable with and serve as direct replacements for those of competitors.
