The Omnipure Q-Series Water Filter features the unique Twist-Tap® in-head valve system. These "Twist Tap" Water filters are the same water filters used in PUROTwist Water Filtration and PUROTwist Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems. The Twist-Tap system automatically turns the water supply off when the filter body is unscrewed. Replacement of the exhausted water filter is completed in a matter of seconds by detaching the water filter body from a permanent head with a twist of the wrist. The new filter body is just as easily threaded into the head to complete the replacement.
