Tips for Accurate Use
• Clean the Jaws: Wipe the measuring faces clean before every single use; a microscopic grain of dust can ruin your reading.
• Check the Zero: Close the jaws entirely and ensure it reads 0.00. If it doesn't, press the zero button to reset it.
• Avoid Angled Pressure: Keep the jaws perfectly perpendicular and square against the object you are measuring to prevent false, oversized readings.
