Foam on Beer Detectors (FOB) help to reduce beer waste and maximize profit by shutting off the flow to the tap as soon as the keg empties. This eliminates the spitting and spraying that usually happens when a keg "blows". And because the FOB keeps the supply lines full of beer, even when a keg blows, you get instant beer from a freshly tapped keg instead of wasting time and money pouring off foam.
