Series 3000 Primary Regulators (for direct cylinder mount) havean integral safety, stainless steel ball check valves anda self-relieving diaphragm. In the event of a failure ofthe regulator seat, this safety will respond instantaneouslyprotecting anything downstream from potentially dangeroushigh pressure. The maximum down stream pressure the systemwill see will not exceed 143 psig in accordance with NSDAguidelines.
