B8HS 7/16" - 1.0" Worm Gear Hose Clamp All Stainless Steel Band and Screw DuPage

A worm gear clamp (also known as a worm drive, hose clamp, Screw Clamp, or jubilee clip) is a mechanical fastener used to secure a hose or duct onto a fitting or pipe. It consists of a metal band with a series of slots or perforations and a captive screw (the worm gear) that, when turned, pulls the band through a housing to tighten its grip.
These clamps are favored for their high clamping force and ease of adjustment with a simple screwdriver.
Hose Clamps have 100% interlock construction features: one piece housing which directly locks into the band and spot weld free design. Easily installed with screwdriver, nut driver or socket wrench. Meets or exceeds SAE torque specifications.
