The Flojet Multiplex Transfer Valve 3/8" Barb Swivel Ports Automatic BiB Switching Flojet 01500130 is primarily used in Bag in Box Beverage Systems. Designed for bag-in-box (BIB) fountain dispense and BIB industrial applications, the Flojet Liquid Transfer Valve is constructed for various industrial applications where BIB is the choice for dispensing harsh chemicals, foam, soap, and cleaners. Typically used with air operated pumps, these transfer valves can be fitted with various elastomers, and spring materials to fit your application. The housing is molded with Polypropylene plastic and features a Flojet quick disconnect fitting design for easy installation and a selection of barb sizes.

Available Configurations:
The Flojet Liquid Transfer Valve is also available in configurations with FKM elastomers that work in harsh environments and with a variety of chemicals. Configurations with elastomers suited for food contact are ideal for beverage dispensing and food service applications.

High Altitude Version:
High altitude versions are available for elevations greater than 3,000 feet (900 meters):

• High Altitude switching vacuum 11 inches (279 mm) to 14 inches (356mm) Hg
• Altitudes < 3,000 Feet (900 Meters) switching vacuum 14 inches (356 mm)

MOUNTING:
The Flojet Multiplex Transfer Valve should be located between the bag-in-box cartons with enough Bag-In-Box Tubing length for easy bag connector installation & removal. Fixed mounting is not required, however, two holes are provided in the base for mounting on rack or wall if desired.

HOSE CONNECTIONS:
Connect outlet hose from Bag-In-Box Connectors to a Flojet BiB Transfer Valves barbed ports 1 & 2. Hose should be clamped with Stainless Steel Stepless Oetiker Clamps. Make sure there are no bulges or gaps at the clamp that may cause air leaks into the syrup lines. (Prevent damage to hose). Connect hose from a Flojet Transfer Valve to your pump using the same process.

OPERATION:
The FLOJET Model 1500 Bag in Box Transfer Valve is fully automatic requiring no operator involvement. To manually operate, simply pull up or push down on the cap. Locate the cap to position that indicates which bag-in-box is on line.
