The Omnipure K5628-SS is a 12 in × 2.5 in Omnipure K Series Granular Activated Carbon Inline Filter. The "-SS" suffix indicates the filter is built with \(\frac{1}{4}\text{''}\) quick-connect elbow fittings on each end, allowing for tool-free installation and replacement.
This filter is frequently used as a post-filter for Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, icemakers, refrigerators, and drinking fountains.
