The Wunder-Bar PM10-7 Brix Screw is a genuine OEM precision adjustment component used to calibrate the syrup-to-water ratio in commercial soda barguns. It is primarily designed for use in older Wunder-Bar manifolds, such as those found on M4 series models (M4 12B, 8B, and 6B).

Key Features & Specifications

Purpose: Used to fine-tune the flow of concentrates to ensure beverages meet factory-spec flavor profiles.
Material: Often constructed from high-durability polypropylene to resist the acidic environment of soda manifolds and provide a leak-proof seal.
Dimensions: Approximately 1 inch in length, width, and height (1" x 1" x 1").

Adjustment Instructions
Calibrating the brix ratio requires small, precise movements on the manifold:

Preparation: Remove the soda gun nozzle and attach a syrup separator to the diffuser.
Initial Test: Dispense a sample into a specialized Brix Cup to check the current water-to-syrup ratio (typically 5:1 for standard soda).
Adjustment:
1. Increase Flow: Turn the PM10-7 screw counter-clockwise.
2. Decrease Flow: Turn the PM10-7 screw clockwise.
3. Tip: A mere 1/8th of a turn can significantly impact the ratio.
Finalize: Once the levels in the Brix Cup are aligned, tighten any applicable locking nuts and reattach the manifold cover and nozzle
