The Hydronix Hydrofit HDF-TC Poly Tube Cutting tool is a compact, handheld tube cutter designed specifically for plastic and polyethylene tubing. It is primarily used to create clean, square cuts for use in Hydrofit and John Guest Quick Connect Fittings.
To ensure the best connection with Hydrofit™ or other quick-connect fittings, always cut the tube squarely. A jagged or angled cut can damage the internal O-ring of the fitting or lead to slow leaks over time.
