Watts SC-0376350 600-Series Spring Check Valve Water Hammer 1/4" FPT

This 1/4 inch Maxi-Flo check valve is used in general industrial and plumbing applications to prevent the effects of water hammer in the piping system. It provides a silent operation with low pressure drop and can be installed horizontally or vertically. This valve consists of a brass body, brass check and adapter, conical brass disc, PTFE seat, and NPT female threaded end connections. The maximum pressure rating is 400 psi (27.6 bar), WOG non-shock at 100 degrees F (38 degrees C).
Spring Check Valves efficiently perform all of the functions of a swing check or vertical lift check valve. They have a low pressure drop, can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position, and work silently preventing the effects of water hammer.

Specifications:
A bronze silent check valve shall be installed as indicated on the plans.
The valve shall have a conical brass disc, PTFE seat and silent operation.
Pressure rating no less than 400psi (27.6 bars) WOG non-shock and 15psi (1 bar) WSP.
Valve shall be a Watts Regulator Company Series 600.
Application Notes:
These valves are not suggested for installation in sewage ejector piping.
