1. The handle nut should be checked for security.
2. A dab of Petrol Gel to the O-Ring under handle nut prolongs the life of the o-ring.
3. The needle should be opened completely, then closed a couple of turns so the needle protrudes slightly beyond the orifice preventing lime/scale build up around the orifice and jamming the needle in open position.
If the final step is ignored, the valve may not operate properly after a very short time-depending on your water conditions.
