Water Boosting can be necessary either in areas of poor water pressure or where there can be many machines demanding water and therefore water pressure can fluctuate. If water pressure does fluctuate it can affect the drink BRIX value and therefore can directly affect taste. Flojet water booster systems provide consistent pressure up to 150 PSI (10 Bar).
The Flojet G60 Series water boost pump is engineered to provide water boosting for filtration systems, supply carbonators, non-carbonated dispensing valves, carts, coffee machines, hand wash sinks, ice machines, and FCB equipment. Supplies up to 4 GPM (15 L /min). Note: If pumping over 1.7GPM (6.4 L /min), a pulsation dampener or accumulator tank should be utilized to reduce pulsation, due to momentary shifts in flow requirements.
